Custom WordPress website for New Row Dental in Coleraine

The brief

New Row Dental, a dental practice in Coleraine, deliver excellent care but had a website that did not show it. The old site was dated, had no real branding, a clunky experience and almost no visibility in local search. Patients struggled to find them and struggled to book. The brief was simple: build a fast, modern site that looked the part, worked perfectly on mobile, and made booking an appointment effortless. You can see the finished site at newrowdental.com.

What we built

We designed and built a full custom WordPress website from the ground up. On-site video and photography to show the practice and the team as they really are. SEO content tuned for local terms like "Invisalign Coleraine" and "North Coast dentist". A clear, conversion-led structure built around how patients actually move through a site. A mobile-first layout with fast load times and clean code. And calls to action placed exactly where they matter, for Invisalign consultations, general bookings and emergency contact.

The approach

This was not about making something pretty. It was about making something useful. The old site buried their most valuable services, like Invisalign, and did not speak to local patients. So we stripped it back and rebuilt around the user. The homepage now opens with a bold video header shot on-site, showing the team in action. We restructured the content to clearly separate cosmetic, general and emergency care, then added local SEO content blocks for location-specific searches, helping them rank for the terms that bring in patients without keyword stuffing.

The result

The new site works far harder than the old one ever did. Page speed went from sluggish to fast, which matters for both patients and search rankings since page experience is a ranking factor. Organic search visibility grew, the practice now receives Invisalign enquiries directly through the website, and patients describe it as professional, friendly and easy to use, which is exactly how the practice itself feels.
