Pricing
How pricing works: fixed quotes for websites, branding, SEO and AEO
Every project gets a fixed quote, on request, agreed before any work starts. No price list, no hourly surprises.
A fixed quote for every project
Pricing is on request: every project gets a fixed quote, agreed before work starts. Tell us what the business needs the site to do, and we come back with a written scope and one fixed figure for it. If the scope changes along the way, you see the cost of that change before any work happens on it.
We quote this way because scope, not a price list, decides the cost. A small website for a local shop and a larger build with booking, a content management system and a full brand identity are different jobs. One headline figure for both would be wrong for at least one of them.
What moves the price
Page count
A focused five page site and a forty page site are different pieces of work.
Bespoke design
How much of the design is built from scratch around your brand and customers.
A content management system
Whether you want to edit pages, menus or posts yourself after launch, and the setup and training that needs.
Booking or ecommerce
Taking bookings or payments on the site, and the systems behind them.
Integrations
Connecting the site to the tools you already use, such as a booking engine, CRM or email platform.
Copywriting
Whether you supply the words or we write them for you.
SEO and AEO
How much search and AI visibility work is built in from launch day.
What is always included
- A discovery call and a written scope before anything is designed
- Design around your brand and your customers, not a template
- A build in custom code, Next.js by default, made to pass Core Web Vitals
- A site that works properly on phones, tablets and desktops
- Accessibility built in, working to WCAG guidelines
- Structured data and on-page SEO foundations, so Google and AI tools can read the site
- Hosting set up for you, and the domain, content and code in your name
Speed and accessibility are not upgrades. We build to Google's Core Web Vitals and the WCAG accessibility guidelines on every project, because a slow or unusable site costs you customers whatever it looks like.
A typical timeline
A small business website typically takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. That covers a discovery call, strategy and structure, visual direction, design, the build, content, then testing and SEO before the site goes live.
Larger sites, booking and ecommerce builds, and projects that start with a full brand identity take longer. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and feedback come back, so we agree the schedule in the scope and stick to it. See finished projects in our work.
Who we suit, and who we don't
We suit you if
- You want your website to bring in enquiries, bookings or sales
- You run a small or medium business, from hospitality and tourism to trades, clinics and retail
- You want one team for brand, website, SEO and AEO, rather than four suppliers
- You would rather pay once for a site that performs than twice for one that does not
We are not the right fit if
- You need the cheapest site possible
- You want a template, a theme or a DIY builder subscription
- The only goal is to make it look nicer, with no business outcome behind it
- You only need paid advertising campaigns
After launch
Once the site is live, a monthly care plan keeps it current, covering updates, SEO improvements and AEO work. Care plans are quoted on request too, and one-off fixes outside a plan are billed hourly.
Request a quotePricing questions
Pricing is on request: every project gets a fixed quote, agreed before work starts. What moves the price is the number of pages, whether the design is bespoke, whether you need a content management system, booking or ecommerce, any integrations with other systems, how much copywriting you need, and how much SEO and AEO work is built in. Tell us what the site needs to do and we will come back with a clear scope and a fixed quote, with no obligation.
We do not publish prices because no two projects have the same scope, and a headline figure is either misleading for a small site or padded for a large one. A fixed quote against a written scope tells you exactly what you get and what it costs before you commit.
Not for projects: every project is a fixed quote agreed before work starts, so there are no hourly surprises. After launch, small ad-hoc fixes outside a care plan are billed hourly, and the rate is available on request.
You get the cost of the change before any work happens on it. Nothing is added to the bill at the end, and you decide whether the change goes ahead.
A typical small business website takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger sites, booking or ecommerce builds, and projects that include a full brand identity take longer, and we agree the timeline in the scope before work starts.
